Christmastime bad boys, Riverbottom Nightmare Band, will be performing a concert at Powell's Plaza Diane, this New Year's Eve. The scorned classic rock troupe is notorious for their antics, both on and off stage, but the Events Board feels it's worth the risk,
'We know Chuck's always hungry, so if we can just keep the guy fed, things should go great. They're a great band, the town will love it!'
