Shock continues to reverb through the Powell community after City Council's decision to grant the town's one remaining liquor licence to that new conference center thingy instead of that new workout place. The Conference Center patrons are really excited that they can now consume alcohol while doing conference stuff, whereas the people who want to drink after their workout feel slighted,

Although it is a tough time for the community, sources still admit it is encouraging to see that everyone takes their alcohol seriously. Rest assured, The Park County Telegraph will be there for coverage when another liquor licence materializes out of thin air to be fought over.
